Tanner is 11 years, 8 months old

Tanner is 10 years, 9 months old today
3/7/07. Click here to listen to Tanner on 3/7/07. This is a message he left for his mother on her cell phone voice mail, "Hey mommy, um, I just want to know when you will be back. Cause we have to do that project and help me and so this way you can help me, um. And, we need the stuff. Don't we need clay? So just call back the home phone. So bye." 7/5/03. He was one of the top kids in his mainstream kindergarten

Tanner (left) is 4 years, 9 months old today
3/14/01. Click here to listen to Tanner on 3/14/01 and hear him say, "Let me in, not by the chinny chin chin, I huff...I puff...and blow your house down, then...the now...now..bro-broth-brother's house next...was..well a wolf comin', Let me in, not by the chin chin chin", I huff...I puff...and blow your house down, (blowing sound)" Tanner came home from school yesterday and told me the ENTIRE story of the three little pigs he just learned at school using stick puppets we made the night before for homework. Here are some quotes from his story..."One pon time three lil pigs" ..."lil pig LET ME IN!" "Not by chin chinny chin chin" "Huf and Puf and blow a-house down!" He went into house of straw, house of wood, and house of bricks, the whole story!! Do you know how awesome that is!!! I could understand him, and then we went to the post office and he told the story again, and the customers in the post office all smiled at his story time. --Lisa (Tanner's mom) |
